W. S. Newell was the civil site contractor for the new James Hardie manufacturing facility in Prattville, AL.  Newell performed the mass grading, storm drain, stone base and erosion control for the project.  Newell was also awarded the Hardie entrance road, railroad spur and the City of Prattville's new Industrial Access Road with bridge construction.
